Rosebank is a daycare centre for the elderly and disabled in and around the area of Barnstaple, North Devon.
It is a vital and beneficial place for the people that regally use its facilities which range from personal care to activities such as singing, games and keep fit to name but a few.
North Devon is an area with a high number of elderly people that rely on the interaction of day to day stimulation for this much needed centre.
