I am permanently disabled and as a first time home buyer who relied on Countrywide and their so called honest reputation and experience, took out our first mortgage loan with them in February 2005. My mother had just passed away from lung cancer in November and willed me money to purchase my first home, so that me, and my family could have a better life. Bank of American was fully aware of what was going on. They thought this problem would go away by threating and harassing us. We are innocent and just got caught in between this scammed as did Bank of America. This problem was started by Countrywide. Now it’s up to Bank of America to find the best solution for all parties involved but their solution is to make an innocent family HOMELESS and to resell the house to a higher bitter. We have eight days to get out.

We call for Vice President Rosa Rey who closed my bank account with Bank of America after 25 years because I wrote letters complaining so I was black balled by Rosa Rey she close my account because she said she no longer wants to do business with me. She is a BULLIED me and it was personal. Rosa Rey have a lot of online complaints and Brian T. Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer, Bank of America Corporation who promised in his own word saying "you can call us and we will figure it outs and making me and my family HOMELESS i guessed that's how he figured it out. I want him to step down ASAP.
