As Mancosa PGDBM students we would like to extend our discontentment with the dates chosen for the final 2 modules to be written on the 23rd and 24th of April 2019. We feel that inadequate study time was given and there was a certain level of ignorance to the fact that the long weekend is infact a religious holiday for us as Christians. We feel Mancosa is unfair as this consequently means that we should not attend to our religious engagements. We feel there was little consideration for us in this regard. Mancosa does not seem to acknowledge this and over and above this the 2 modules one after the other. This goes to show that this was intentional and a sabotage on us as Christians as we cannot even attend even one service because we will risk performance.

As Kreitner and Kinick, 2001said... People will always strive for fairness and justice... This is what we know and what we are experiencing. It is unfair and we feel discriminated against. As PGDBM students we request that the dates of the Elective modules are moved as a sign of acknowledgment by MANCOSA of this oversight and indifference towards Christianity and Christian's as a whole.
