In the recent tragic bus wreck in Tennessee it could have possibly saved the little angels lives if the bus would have had seat belts.
This is something that should have been done years ago! If a driver can get a ticket for not having a seat belt on in a car why the heck aren't school busses carrying children equipped with seat belts?!
Every school bus across the United States needs to be equipped with seat belts for every child riding the bus.
There should be an engaging system that won't let the bus operate until every child is buckled.
