Save the sea

Since 1974, 40% of plastic has been put into the ocean, which is chaos for the marine life. I have an idea to save, turtles, beavers and even seabirds, which involves the idea making a new typing of plastic, which isn't as far sketched as you think. We will give plastic bottle companies, spreading worldwide, saving thousands of marine life lives. In plastic there 2 two key factors, that will them, which is PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) and DEHP, a type of phthalate used as a plastics softener.If we replace the deadly toxins in the PVC with barley, and instead of DEHP with flour mixed with wheat, compacted into a strong fiber.
