From September 2016 there will be no lollipop man outside of Riverside primary because there is crossing with lights.
I think that if there is no lollipop man from September this will be putting children's lives at risk because at the start and end of the school days there is a high level of traffic along Brighton St and on numerous occasions whilst I have been waiting to cross with my own children vehicles have driven through the red lights even though there were children waiting to cross. Luckily my children and other children from the school will not cross until the lollipop man has told them to do so.
Please help to keep our children safe.
We, the undersigned, call on Wirral Borough Council to keep the Lollipop man outside of Riverside primary for the safety of all the children.
