Things you might include:
That the dance studio has no sound proofing and music is played at the highest volume which reaches into our homes and breaches noise control limits of which there is no monitoring.
That the dance studio should be subject to the same noise control sound proofing as a disco or local hotels.
That the operating hours from 7am to 10am will destroy our quality of life by reducing hours of sleep every day of the week, every day of the year
That the current operator regularly breaches the current operating hours as late as 11pm and council are unable to action on reports when made after hours
The increased hours will increase the number of people parking for long periods in our streets and increase noise when leaving.
The DA does not include any limits to the dance venue on the number of people allowed in the venue
