Rutherford County School System has decided to not let girls try out for the football teams in all middle and high schools.
Title IX states that they cannot discriminate against sex unless it is a contact sport, then it is up to the school system.
We, the undersigned, call on Rutherford County School System to allow girls to tryout and play on the current football teams for all middle schools and all high schools in the county.
