The idea is to reset the internet network and clean it from all existing information.
A new boot sequence would be added with a unique ID creation: it would require an ID card number or passport number to avoid multi-accounts for the same person.
Short-term benefits;
The elimination of fake IDs would make the internet a safer place both for the world economy (safer transactions) as well as for national security (world-wide).
The risk of misinformation would become lower since people would be responsible for what they write/say/do.
Long-term benefits;
Increase in online sales as a consequence of the built-in higher security levels would boost the world economy.
Information would be available in higher quality instead of quantity.
Criminal actions as well as terrorism would be closely monitored and made impossible for smaller groups.
Most of all: A better use of a currently existing infrastructure.
We, the undersigned, call on the companies responsible for the Internet infrastructure to reset it and upgrade its functions by implementing a unique-ID creation process on the boot sequence.
