Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of Government of Nepal have just confirmed a controversial ban of PUBG ( mobile and PC) on 11 April 2019 stating that the ban will soon go live. They state that " The ban will be considering the health of Minors such as mental health, physical violence and aggressiveness as the focal point."
But as the Game clearly informs that the game is made for people of the age of 16 or over, the main concern of the governmental entity should be filtering the content for below the age restriction. Not only this affects the content creators ( YouTubers, etc) playing the game but also the people who enjoy the game healthily.

Nepal had banned Porn on 28 September 2018 which had valid and justified reasons but banning a Mobile game just because some people have no control over their children's online activity is resulting in mass harassment which is very hard to take. The decision was taken with best interest at heart but I speak in behalf of people who enjoy the game healthily and above the age restriction urge you not completely ban the Game which is outright ridiculous.

We, the undersigned, call on Government of Nepal to remove the permanent ban on PUBG with an option of making it a partial ban and look for other options to reduce the increasing mental health issue
