West Virginia's Wildlife Management Areas are under attack and we need your help to prevent the use of Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV’s) from negatively impacting the habitat and ecosystems that make our Wildlife Management Areas Wild and Wonderful!
OHV’s consist of all-terrain vehicles/four wheelers and side-by-sides. (ATV’s and UTV’s).
This petition is very simple:
To deny access of OHV's on Wildlife Management Areas throughout the Mountain State except for areas labeled as Class Q.
Allowing access of OHV's on Wildlife Management Areas will be detrimental to the wildlife and the habitat that these properties were designated to protect and conserve. We are at a crossroads of the future of hunting in West Virginia and one day you will be proud to say that you helped conserve hunting within the Mountain State for generations to come.
