I love my music. Every year i go to alot of concerts. EVERY single time i have to ring a "special needs number" to get tickets. Quite often i am on hold for a minimum of 30-45 minutes. Why isnt there a section on the ticketing website for people who require "special needs" tickets
I would like to see in the not to distant future a section on all ticketing agencies for people with "special needs" Please Government have a look at this petition and talk to agencies about it.
