Marissa Alexander a woman who resides in Florida was sentenced to 20 years for shooting in her home trying to defend herself from her abusive husband. In Florida they have a law called Stand your Ground. Which she pleaded in her criminal trial.
P.A.G.E. and its members are fighting for her release and support fora fair trial. If we can stand and support Trayvon how come we can't stand in support an innocent woman who has been abused by her husband.
Injustice is injustice no matter what. Join the cause stand for something or watch the justice system continue to fail us.
