The government proposes to destroy the view from every British beach and cliff for generations to come in order to generate uneconomic energy (it will be twice as expensive as gas or nuclear).
The full environmental impact of this plan remains untested but will blight one of our most treasured national assets for the rest of time.
We, the undersigned, call on the British Government to reconsider the impact that their vast project of off-shore wind-turbines will have on our national heritage.
