Many viewers of Monday Night Football are growing more and more displeased with the performance of color commentator Booger McFarland. Just because someone once played football it doesn’t necessarily mean they are qualified to be part of a broadcast team. Especially one with as many viewers of ESPN’s Monday Night Football. McFarland is constantly making mistakes, bumbling his words, and making statements so ridiculously obvious that they would be an insult to anyone with a lick of common sense.
A change needs to be made. I believe the perfect replacement for McFarland’s position would be former NFL wide receiver Nate Burleson. A consummate broadcaster, Burleson is now working with NFL Network on Good Morning Football and CBS Sports on The NFL Today, along with being a New York correspondent for the entertainment news program Extra. He is ideal for MNF as he is intelligent, well spoken, and above all, knowledgeable about the game. He also has a personality that would be perfect in everyone’s living room on a Monday night.
Please consider Nate Burleson to be the new color commentator on Monday Night Football

We, the undersigned, call on ESPN, ESPN Inc, The Walt Disney Company, and Hearst Communications to replace Booger McFarland of Monday Night Football with former NFL wide receiver Nate Burleson.
