The University of Alabama at Birmingham has a proud standing status as a school with a certain kind of naming theme. The school mascot is a dragon named Blaze and the campus common space is called The Green. Along with these two double entendres it has resident halls that are named "Blazer hall" and "Blount hall." The new recently constructed dorm is not named anything yet and only goes under the name "New Fresh" as it is the new freshman dorm. We as students would like to keep the naming thematic and name the new freshman dorm after Snoop Dogg.
