We, the undersigned believe that representation matters and that we believe the members of the Afro Caribbean community should have a way to celebrate and recongize the memebrs of our community that have helped the Toronto Raptors and brought basketball as far as we have.
We should be in the parade and one of our Marshall's should be the General Genius of the hit song and dance Raptor Foot!
