Did you know that Keegan Allen is still considered a guest star on Pretty Little Liars?
We know that it was first planned that Toby would only be in a couple of episodes, but due to Keegan and Troian's amazing chemistry, 'Spoby' was created and they've been a core, popular couple ever since.
We believe that after all this time, Keegan should be boosted up to a series regular, definitely proving that he is deserving of it.
Keegan has shown several times how talented and amazing he can be while playing Toby Cavanaugh on the TV show and we think he should be used more.
This petition is being created in hopes that ABC Family, the writers, and anyone else affiliated with this TV show will realize that Keegan has potential and talent that is way more deserving than the guest star role.
