1. PBS Kids and NBC Sprout, Stop Showing Preschool Shows all the Time!

PBS Kids and NBC Sprout have a bunch of dumb preschool shows, but there is no educational shows for grade schoolers, middle schoolers, and high schoolers on those channels. We need educational tv shows for the whole family to watch on TV! The only educational show for the whole family is Jeopardy on ABC!

2. Bring back the show Stalker

I just watched season 1 of Stalker on Go90. It is an amazing show I loved it. I was so sad to find out that it had been cancelled after one season. I need more of the show. We need to find out what happens and where it goes.

3. Bring Pitch Back

I feel as if Pitch was not advistised the way it should have been to bring more views to the show. I think sports fans would love pitch and let everyone know its not all about baseball and Zack from save by the bell is on the show and the sexy cute black actress along with alot of new up coming stars. Try Sundays night might do better.

4. Day of Original Disney

I have spoken to a lot of young people who would like it if Disney Channel had a day where they replayed the old shows they used to play when we were growing up. I have sent Disney Channel an email to request a day like this, but I think it's necsassary to have people sign a petition so that they know it's not only one person who wants it to happen,

5. Bring Peter Quinn Back!

This Sunday, during the Season 6 finale of Homeland (Ep America First), our beloved Peter Quinn was shot at by military and law enforcement officers, as he saved the PEOTUS from a cataclysmic assassination plot.

As long time fans and invested viewers of Homeland, we were extremely upset with this development. Absolutely gutted! Over the past 5 years, we’ve developed a profound connection and fondness for Peter Quinn. To fans, Quinn is the conscience and moral compass of the show. He’s proof that even in the deep, dark trenches of IC work, humanity and moral fiber prevail. He is and has been an integral part of Carrie’s journey and development, so much so that her journey without him seems amiss. Season 6 is also testament to the fact that there are several facets and character complexities yet to explore vis-à-vis Peter Quinn. Without this pivotal character, our Homeland experience is incomplete.

Homeland fans didn’t really get to grieve Quinn’s death through Carrie, and we didn't get a sense of closure. Having Peter Quinn back on the show would give us that opportunity.

While watching the show, we noticed some unexplained contrivances that were surely written in on purpose. We believe a coherent, rational narrative could be built around these details to explain and accommodate Peter Quinn’s return to Season 7.

As dedicated fans of the show, we’d be heartened if you’d seriously consider this as you plan for Season 7.

6. SUGGESTED TVWAN CHANNELS

This petition has been created to get TVWAN to make a change to their CHANNELS.

7. Get Rid of all the Dumb Preschool Cartoons on TV!

Disney, Nick Jr., Disney Jr., PBS, Sprout, Discovery Family, Nickelodeon have way too many preschool shows on the mornings, the afternoon, and the night. Preschoolers need to learn from experience not from TV. Young adults and adults do not want to watch those shows. Find shows that everyone can watch together!

8. Give Creative Artists Radio/TV Air time

The world is filled with talented, creative artists who retain integrity of their craft in a world where the industry has become more about what sells; stifling quality & purity. More and more people are opting out of favoring the big names and instead find indie solo artists/groups via social media.

These artists are talented and work hard. If they can produce quality sounding material, their product(s) should have a chance to be heard as well. The industry (alone) shouldn't dominate what's played on the airwaves. Diversify and expand the horizons. Comment with names of your favorite indie artists!

GLOBAL GOAL: 100,000 Signatures

10. Time for Commercial free Cable TV

I have paid for a cable service for at least 13 plus years during all of this time I have had to watch commercials that I did not want to watch.

I feel that when I pay for a cable service I do not feel that I should have to watch commercials while watching television that I paid for.

Everyone should have either the option of free television or paid for television in the paid for television I believe you will be able to watch commercial free on any channel you choose to watch since you paid for it.

11. PUT TEEN WOLF ON U.S.A. NETFLIX

Teen Wolf is an American television show that airs on MTV. A lot of countries are able to access Teen Wolf on the program Netflix, however, it is unavailable for Americans living in the United States.

I want to make a petition to change that.

By the time season 6 is over i hope that MTV will allow Teen Wolf's rights to go to Netflix, since the show would be over. If you want the same, sign this petition and maybe we can get them to add Teen Wolf to American Netflix.

12. Return Supernatural to Netflix

Many people enjoy the show Supernatural. For instance, to me, Supernatural is my favorite TV show, and when it was abruptly snatched from New Zealand Netflix i was heartbroken.

Netflix had no reason to do so and me and so many others would love to see it returned

13. Bring the real Dresdenverse alive

Back in 2007, a Dresden Files TV series was launched consisting of 12 episodes. Most of us were highly disappointed by this series due to the changes to the most basic aspects of the history and low production value.

We have all read the 15 books (at this date) plus most of the companion histories of the saga and we believe a new series should be pursued.

14. Rerun N "Against The Wind" an Australian Mini series with Jon English starring

Against the Wind was an historical Australian mini series starring Jon English , based on a real couple Jonathan Garrett & Mary Mulvane. Both are also descendants of my family.

With the recent passing of Jon English we would love to see this mini series rerun.

Thank you.

15. Takeshi's Castle Thailand: UK Version

Takeshi's Castle is one of the most sussesful series' ever to be broadcast on Challenge TV in the UK. Now a brand new version is being produced - in Thailand - and we at KeshiHeads.co.uk want to see it brought UK TV screens (whether that be on Challenge, or another channel).

This new series should be reversioned in the same way as the classic Takeshi's Castle episodes were for broadcast in the UK. This means the same editing style and, most importantly, with Craig Charles providing a voice-over. Craig is synonymous with Takeshi's Castle in the UK, and was a big part of the original version's popularity, so is an important part of producing a new series.

The last campaign that Keshi Heads ran with the aim of getting new UK episodes produced was a success. A new series was produced thanks to everyone who signed the petition! Now we hope to replicate that with this new campaign.
So if you want to see brand new episodes of Takeshi's Castle on UK TV - narrated by Craig Charles - please sign this petition and show that there's a audience ready and waiting to watch!

16. Bring back Bernard's Watch

One of the best Children's tv programs. Ask any kid growing up in the 90s.

17. Bring "World's Dumbest..." Back to TV!

We need the networks to understand that the AMERICAN PEOPLE DEMAND to have new episodes of "World's Dumbest..." back in our lives! Please :D

18. Free Iranian Television Producer Mostafa Azizi, Sentenced To 8 Years In Prison

UPDATE June 10, 2015--Mostafa Aziz Sentenced To 8 Years In Prison
A man with Canadian permanent resident status has been sentenced to eight years in an Iranian prison.

Mostafa Azizi, 53, was sentenced Monday in Iran on charges of collusion against Iran and insulting the supreme leader. The charges apparently stem from some of Azizi's social media posts.

"I'm still in shock," says Parastoo Azizi, his daughter, who lives in Toronto.

Mostafa Azizi, a prominent filmmaker, emigrated to Canada with his family in 2008. His children have Canadian citizenship, and Azizi is a permanent resident who was in the process of gaining citizenship.

Azizi recently travelled back to Iran to visit his relatives. During that trip, Azizi was arrested and held in Tehran's Evin prison. After his trial, he was sentenced to eight years in prison.

"My dad is innocent," says Parastoo Azizi. "He hasn't done anything wrong."
Mostafa Azizi is appealing his case.

Parastoo Azizi spoke with her father briefly earlier this week. He's "holding up" emotionally, she says. But his physical state "is not really good."

Mostafa Azizi has been held in Tehran's Evin prison since shortly after he arrived in Iran in January 2015.

Azizi has spent more than two weeks in solitary confinement, his son, Arash, says, before being placed in the general population.

It's unclear which of Mostafa Azizi's social media postings alerted Iranian authorities, says Sima Sahar Zerehi, a journalist with Shahrvand Publications who also occasionally works for CBC.

She is shocked by the sentence for Azizi, who became a prominent cultural figure in Toronto's Iranian community after his emigration.

"It's a very sad day for Iranian Canadians to see someone who was part of our community, who was part of our neighbourhood, who was very active face something as draconian as eight years in Iranian prison."

****************************************************************
Mostafa Azizi, a former Iranian television writer and producer, who has been in prison since February 1, 2015, will be put on trial on June 1, at Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court under Judge Salavati. Azizi, a resident of Canada since 2008, returned to Iran in December 2014.

A source close to Azizi’s case told the International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran that the charges he faces are “insulting the Supreme Leader,” “insulting the founder of the Islamic Republic,” and “assembly and collusion against national security,” although no evidence supporting these charges has been presented.

“He is an artist, not a political activist. He is an artist who wrote his analysis of the social and political situation in places like his Facebook page, but he did not intend to break the law or insult anyone,” said the source.

Mostafa Azizi wrote and produced popular Iranian TV series before moving to Canada with his family in 2008. The source told the Campaign that Azizi had returned to Iran to be close to his ailing father and to possibly write or produce new TV series.

“He was summoned by Evin Prison Courts. He appeared at the courts on April 1. I’m not sure what happened there, but he was arrested and transferred to Evin Prison. He spent 14 days in solitary confinement inside the IRGC’s Ward 2-A, and then he was transferred to a cell where there were four or five other prisoners. He is currently inside Evin Prison’s General Ward 8,” the source told the Campaign.

“If he thought he would face problems and that he could be arrested, he would not have returned to Iran at all. When Mr. [Hassan] Ghashghavi, Deputy Foreign Minister [in Consular and Parliamentary Affairs], said that all Iranians can return to Iran, he thought he, too, should return. News of his arrest was shocking,” added the source.

Dozens of Iranian expatriates who have traveled to Iran following assurances by President Rouhani regarding their safe passage, have been arrested, interrogated, prevented from leaving by having their passports confiscated, and, in many instances, imprisoned upon their return, due to the peaceful expression of views or lifestyles with which the government does not agree. This is in direct violation of Article 13(2) of the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which states, “Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.”

19. Please Release a DVD Box Set worldwide containing all of the Super Mario Bros cartoons and Live Episodes (Complete and Uncut)

In recent years DVDs have been released featuring the various Super Mario Cartoons however, they've either been edited or had parts missing.

In 2006, Shout Factory released 2 Super Mario Bros Super Show Box Sets, but 4 live action segments were absent from the DVD. These were:
Baby Mario Love which accompanied Koopenstein,
9001: A Mario Odyssey which accompanied On Her Majesty's Sewer Service,
Texas Tea which accompanied The Trojan Koopa
George Washington Slept Here which accompanied The Unzappables

Also absent were the original cover songs that were performed for the show for example: the song Thriller was performed for Count Koopula.

When the show originally aired the Super Mario Bros Super Show was shown from Monday to Thursday and The Legend Of Zelda was shown on Friday. But although the Legend of Zelda aired on Friday, new live action segments of the Super Mario Bros aired with the Legend of Zelda. These weren't included with Super Mario Bros Super Show Box Sets but some of the segments were included on the Legend Of Zelda Box Set.

However, as with the Super Mario Bros Super Show Box Sets, not all of the Live action segments were included with the Legend Of Zelda Box Set. These were
Slime Busters which accompanied The Ringer,
Magic's Magic which accompanied Cold Spells,
Mommies Curse which accompanied Kiss'n Tell,
Tutti Frutti, Oh Mario which accompanied That Sinking Feeling,
The Magic Love which accompanied Doppelganger,
Treasure of the Sierra Brooklyn which accompanied A Hitch in the Works,
Tutti Frutti Mario which accompanied The Missing Link and
The Ghoul of My Dreams which accompanied The Moblins Are Revolting.

In 2007, Shout! Factory released a Box Set of The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3, but 5 cover songs were removed from certain episodes and replaced with instrumentals, for exampled both Milli Vanilli songs were removed from the episode Kootie Pie Rocks.

Since these DVD Box Sets were released, DHX media has acquired the distribution rights to these series so I am writing this petition to ask DHX media, please release a complete Super Mario Bros Box Set around the world, especially the UK were I live and the USA.

Please include in the Box Set, The Super Mario Bros Super Show with all the Cover songs returned into the cartoons, every single live action Super Mario Bros segment including the ones that accompanied the Legend Of Zelda, the previews for the Legend Of Zelda, the Dominoes Sponsors, Club Mario and the cutting to the break and returning from the break parts were Mario says things liken "The Super Mario Bros Super Show will return". Include the complete Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 with all the removed songs returned into the episodes, The complete Super Mario World TV Series, The complete King Koopa's Kool Kartoons,
The Complete Saturday Supercade segments with Mario and Donkey Kong.

Some of TV shows have never been released and There are people out there in the world who love these TV shows and would love to see them complete in one Box Set available to watch as they were shown when people first watched them a long time ago.

I hope that this petition convinces you to release this Box Set and make a lot of people happy, thank you for reading this petition and I hope you will consider it.

20. Shaw Cable TV add FOX Sports Racing or refund $10 per month in cable TV fees

Shaw Cable TV subscribers paid for SPEED Channel in their cable package(s) and it is a very popular channel for people interested in racing. When SPEED was basically folded into FOX Sports Racing, Shaw dropped SPEED from the channel listings and did not replace it with FOX Sports Racing.... but still left monthly cable tv charges the same.

21. Save Cheyenne Cinnamon

Since the coliseums of the Greek Empire, we the people, have demanded entertainment. We evolved socially from bloody violence, to witty humor.

Unfortunately, in the recent decade, the quality of humor in this great nation of ours has been compromised. And quality, piss-your-pants funny material has become increasingly rare. We deserve the right to choose what we do and don't watch, and what we do want to watch is now being withheld from us.

As free people, we must protect our liberties and demand that Adult Swim air Cheyenne Cinnamon.

22. Make a live action Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego? Movie or TV show!

TV and movies hardly have things that the whole family can enjoy together. Now movies and TV shows are about Sci-fi, vampires, pirates, princesses, and superheroes.

TV also has too many pointless reality shows. We need a show or a movie that the whole family can enjoy without inappropriate things.

23. Bring Back Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego?, Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?, and Rescue 911 on TV!

TV has too many mindless reality TV shows and stupid cartoons. What happened to the good educational shows for the whole family?

Right now, the only educational game show is Jeopardy, and the only educational program is Nature.

24. Suddenlink Can't Get Away With This!

Hours after Suddenlink cable customers in West Virginia had several Viacom-owned channels removed from their cable lineups, the companies disagreed on how negotiations to keep the channels in customers’ cable packages ended. The break-up comes after five months of price negotiations for channels including MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, Spike TV, VH-1, BET, TV Land and CMT.

“It’s unfortunate we could not reach an agreement, and we understand the frustration this will cause some customers, but we sincerely hope they’ll give the new channels a try and find those channels as compelling as others have said they do.”

Viacom spokeswoman Carole Robinson said that’s not the case. Viacom offered Suddenlink a one-year agreement to keep its 24 channels on the terms Suddenlink proposed on Sept. 23, Robinson said, but Suddenlink refused. Regardless of who’s to blame, Christine Stephens of Charleston isn’t happy about the move. “I feel like I’m in an abusive relationship with Suddenlink and I can’t get out of it,” “I just feel like Suddenlink didn’t consider their customers,” said Stephens, who’s been a Suddenlink customer for more than 10 years. “I’m not irrational, but I’m handicapped and limited in recreational options.”

For the $160 monthly for cable, phone and Internet, she said, she should have been treated better. Suddenlink rates will not change as a result of the channel switch. Stephens added that she found out about the switch from Viacom, not Suddenlink. By Wednesday evening Suddenlink’s Facebook page was filled with comments about the split from Viacom — mostly negative. Several parents asked what they should tell their kids when they can’t watch Nickelodeon programs, like “SpongeBob Square Pants” and “Dora the Explorer.”

Regan, the Suddenlink spokesman, wrote that, through phone and email surveys, social media polls and calls to its care centers, Suddenlink’s customers consistently told the company they do not value the Viacom channels as much as they value others, they do not want to pay significantly more to keep Viacom channels and they would like other channels added.

“Despite our repeated requests for a reasonable offer, Viacom continued to demand a nearly 50 percent increase in payments and increased their demands even further when we asked for per-channel, stand-alone pricing.” “Because Viacom refused to treat our customers fairly, Suddenlink was forced to make a difficult decision: As of October, we will introduce other channels our customers have requested through polls and surveys and not carry Viacom channels.”

25. Please Launch Pakistan's own DTH Service

Pakistan is a country of a 200 million peoples. There are currently more than 100 satellite tv channels operating in the country but still there is no Direct to home (DTH) service for this huge population. Granting two DTH licence to Cross current and ARY in 2003 but after 10 years still there is no sign of its launch.

According to an estimate more than 1 million illegal DTH are operating in Pakistan. People across Pakistan have purchased illegal STBs (Set-Top-Box ). Each month they are paying at least Rs. 1,000 and the one time installation is costing them Rs. 7,000-8,000.These Indian DTH services offer a total of 99 channels, out of which almost 50 are foreign news channels, while 35 others are regional Indian channels. Only 15 channels are what Pakistanis get against such hefty investments. This whole illegal Indian Dish TV market translates into $150 Million for Indian DTH service providers without any tax deduction.

Almost all the neighboring countries have there own DTH, even India have 6 DTH operator and in Sri Lanka dialog tv serving as DTH service provider.

It is my kind request to Government of Pakistan and Pemra to immediately launch a DTH service in Pakistan, so the people can enjoy a quality TV service at there homes.

It is a very big market which will create a lot of employment opportunities and of course it will be a very good resource of revenue for the government in the form of Taxes.

I also request to Government and to Pemra to halt the smuggling of illegal Indian DTH stbs and take a strict action against the culprits.

26. No More Mindless Reality TV, Super Hero shows, dumb cartoons, and Supernatural shows!

No more mindless reality TV, Super Hero shows, dumb cartoons, and Supernatural shows on TV. They have been on TV long enough. It is time for some good TV like Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?, Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego?,

Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?, Horse Sense, The Saddle Club, Wildfire, Time Blazers, Believe, Full House, Mr. Ed, Bewitched, and all other old TV shows.

27. Save Community Television

Community Television is a vital learning ground for many people starting out in the industry. A place to 'learn the ropes' and have their creative ideas tried and tested. It is a vital place for small production groups to be able to broadcast their 'self-made' shows in a TV Station environment.

Many people we see on our Commercial Channels today got their start on Community Television, when no-one else would give them a foot in the door.

It is also vital to many elderly residents who may not have access to the internet or even any knowledge of how to use the internet and rely on their faithful Community Television to broadcast shows they enjoy, including many classic old movies that never make any appearance on the Commercial Channels. Community Television is exactly that - 'COMMUNITY Television', Television for the Community created by the Community and it should be supported and celebrated.

29. Put the Legend of Korra back on TV

Recently Nickelodeon has released news that the Legend of Korra will be broadcasted online on its website, nick.com, and the nick app only. This is ridiculous because not everyone can access the website or the app.

Any other websites that its on will most likely cost money. It will be harder to watch the show with family and friends. More info will be released at comic con. i will update this petition if needed after comic con.

This is the article where i found this information.

30. Make the Hub Network Way More Educational!

The Hub Network only has dumb game shows, stupid cartoons, too many movies, and too many old sitcoms on all the time.

The Hub Network needs some educational shows and classic cartoons other than the Tiny Toon Adventures on the air.
