This is a petition for a little precious 5 month old baby named Liam Fink, who died in February 2016. He was under the watch of Mikeal Sardarov. He's the uncle of the baby.
Mikeal Sardarov now faces a jury trial in February on charges of murder, child abuse and child neglect in the death of 5-month-old Liam.
But Sardarov has now been granted bond after four months in custody.
The baby was found unresponsive on Feb. 28 and died of blunt force trauma two days later, police have said. Sardarov was baby-sitting the boy at a home on Dona Drive when the injuries occurred.
Sardarov was indicted on the charges in July.
However, he got released on Nov 17th and it is NOT right! He is allowed around kids under "supervision." How is that fair?! The mother, Marie Fink, is left with the grief. Please sign to show your support please.
We, the people of Virginia and other locations, are indeed stating the Mikeal Sardarov should have not been released and are asking for justice to be properly served. Please help protect our children by signing.
