The Cricket World Cup was won by England after 2 tied results. Review of the match showed that the umpires had incorrectly awarded 6 runs to England instead of 5. The rules behind the cricket laws regarding the overthrow are virtually impossible for umpires to apply.
After 48 games and such a wonderful celebration of cricket that the result should be questionably given to one side does not serve cricket well.
For the many that love the game, a tied tournament would be the only correct adn honourable outcome.
There is room on the cup for NEW ZEALAND and ENGLAND

We, the undersigned, call on the ICC to review the result of the 2019 Cricket World Cup and instate NEW ZEALAND as joint winners.
