We hereby submit our humble prayer to discount us the interest for the complete moratorium period of the Corona Virus .
We are under complete national lock down which is been extended from time to time COVID-19 outbreak. The action of imposition of interest during the moratorium period is completely devastating wrong and in a way has taken away the benefit of imposing moratorium.
The Govt. of India has imposed completed lock down PAN India due to worldwide outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic. We as a citizen of India has lost all means to earn our livelihood. Imposition of Interest during the moratorium while defeat the purpose of permitting the moratorium of loan.
