Indict the Republic of Poland for warcrimes as it accepts continuity of the communist state. The former members of the communist party are actively invigilating civilians to force them into military service in case of possesion of a university degree.
The Republic of Poland is forcing civilians, graduates of Universities for military service on higher-rank level exposing them to NATO military secrets without their will. It is often done on grounds of military records issued during the rule of communist military state, the Polish People's Republic. We indict it as warcrime against humanity as supervising staff were deeply involved in executing millions using communist system and is using this obligation for obtruction of emigration and a free market economy.
