We the undersigned petition this court for the complete and unconditional dismissal of all charges against Ms. Nadra Foster.
Furthermore, we also inform the court that as producers, programmers, employees of KPFA and members of the KPFA community, we do not support any of the charges being brought against her nor do we condone the violent nature of the arrest of Ms. Foster (a pregnant woman and mother of two young girls), which resulted in her arm being broken and traumatized KPFA’s employees and programmers.
We also request an investigation into the police misconduct that occurred during her arrest. We hope the court will take a fair and just course of action by dismissing all charges against her.
