Human rights breaches by the US Embassy - Sofia

We are a new family from Bulgaria where we won a green card DV-2005.
During the interview in US embassy - Sofia (Feb.28.2005) consular officer refused our documents - reason: they are fraudulent.

In this case we got a permanent ineligibility to entry to US. Section 212C of the INA states. They says that our marriage and marriage documents are fake. Our documents are not fake and we can prove that. They refuse to listen us, and do not accept our objections. They ask us these questions listed below:

"When you maked sex for the first time and where?"
"When was a last time"
"When you make sex after your first date"
Write a picture of you home.
"What is the last gift for your spouse`s birthday", and other private questions.

We are too much confused and disappointed from the lottery "green card" program and our treatment from the team of US Embassy - Sofia. Personality Rebecca Gruitz - US vice consul. We feeling us like criminals and people without human rights.
They broke our privacy asking these quiestions.

We need an advice & support to solve this case against cruel treatment.
