The Hispanic Restaurant Association was founded in 2021 to provide a platform for the Latin Chef and Restauranteur. Our mission and vision is succinct and easy to embrace. Our Mission is to advocate on behalf of and educate the Hispanic restauranteur to effectively & efficiently open and operate their restaurant(s).
Our Vision is to EDUCATE and ELEVATE the Hispanic community across a multi-generational spectrum and highlight the contributions in the culinary world.

Food is the common denominator amongst all cultures. In the United States, Hispanic workers are the backbone of the culinary industry, and there are far too many unseen, talented Hispanic chefs , restauranteurs, brewmasters and breweries just waiting for their opportunity to amaze people with their creativity and to express their culture through food and drink.
Our goal at the Hispanic Restaurant Association is to advocate on their behalf to help them open and operate their restaurants effectively and efficiently. To that end, we strongly believe that the Hispanic culinary community not only deserves, but also needs, a period of time dedicated to appreciating their contributions and outstanding achievements. This year the dates are Sept 22-Oct 3, 2022.
So, we hope to gather signatures showcasing broad community support for a Congressional proclamation (which is already in motion) that declares Hispanic Restaurant Week during Hispanic Heritage Month.
