Using this bike from September 2016 when purchased after 500 km run it starts making noise shown to service centre Faridabad told every bike has same problem it will take time to solve sound was like diesel engine 3 wheeler after 3 months they changed timing chain set but again after 10 days same problem then they put one spring near to timing chain to stop noise but it was temporary solution after a month again noise is coming now they are saying it is out of warranty you have to pay for timing chain on every month I need to replace timing chain extra expense and average is also not more than 50 pls if u have any plan to purchase hero bike don't go for this model it's a failure model they are helpless to correct this problem I have spent lots of money and time to solve this service centres done 2 times engine work and 5 times timing chain SET changed but all failed to solve noise problem hr51bk2315 for ref
Purchased Hero ismart110 bike in sep 2016 from starting it gives engine noise and shown to service center in faridabad, they told its timing chain problem and it needs to replace, they changed this and charged for packing and seal which dont have warranty after few days again same problem and they did engine work and changed timing chain and charged again approx 1000 for seal and packaging and some plastic/rubber parts, same this way in a year they have done 2 times engine work and 5 times timing chain, every time they ask to visit to service center and get it repaired
this shows the poor quality of parts used in hero engine now days which cost to customers in financially ( time and money wastage) but hero is not providing any solution still selling their failure models and customers get ruined by purchasing this for not taking any risk Engine failure can cause for accidents.
