Seven famous Genocides have already occurred, killing more than 186,051,000 innocent lives. Right now there are three more known Genocides occurring. With Genocides in the past no one has stepped in and tried to put a stop to it when it most needed to be stopped.
As high school students we know that we are the next generation; and if we want change we have to start now, because change doesn't happen over night. We want to put a stop to Genocide before more innocent lives are taken.
We can't let it continue, therefore we need your help to raise awareness in our community. We need to get our voices heard so we can have a part in stopping genocide.
We, as a group of high school students and as a community as a whole want to make a difference and to stand up against genocide because we can't let this continue and let more innocent people suffer.
This petition will be sent to congress and state representatives so that they know that this is a major concern and it needs to be stopped before its too late.
