On Thursday, January 24th, 2019, the Town Council of Pendleton voted to terminate Chief Marc Farrer based on a cartoon meme that was posted on social media. The votes were 3-2 to terminate him. The three who voted to terminate Chief Farrer were town council Vice President Chad Wolfe, Jessica Bastin, and the town council President Jessica Smith. They did not allow any comments from all of the supporters from the community in the room, so let's let them hear your voice now!
Let's get as many signatures as possible to show that we do NOT agree with the town council decision, and we want to see Marc Farrer with his job back as the police chief of Pendleton Police Department! Sign if you support Chief Farrer getting his position as Police Chief back!
