Help Westwinds Communities get a new pathway built to connect the Black Diamond Hospital, High Country Lodge and Glen Mead Park apartments to the Town of Black Diamond pathway system.
Westwinds is seeking your support accessing a provincial Community Facility Enhancement Grant (CFEP) by signing your name below. The project features a 260m asphalt pathway with benches and waste disposal, and post and cable tension fencing.
The Westwinds Pathway would provide connection for the residents of Westwinds and the Hospital to a barrier free access to the 21 km sidewalk and pathway system through the community. The Condo Source is developing a 220m pathway between 3 Street W and Westwinds property line. Once the project is complete, Black Diamond residents and our seniors will have safe access to the downtown core as well as access to the scenic pathways along the Sheep River. Westwinds is seeking $37,394 in grant funding from the province.
