Get My Mother on Dr. Phil

My mother is extremely delusional. She says hurtful things to her autistic son and she accuses people of hurting her.

One time in particular is when she and I got into a fight. I tried to push her out of my room because she was angry with me and she clawed at me. I slapped her to get her off of me. She then pushed me onto my bed and I had to kick her off from me.
My sister is 16 and pregnant and my mother took off before the baby could be born so she didn't have to deal with the responsibility of helping my sister raise her baby
I would also add that she gave a complete stranger that does not like me some personal information about me, so that the person can blackmail me and spread rumors about me.
I'd like to add that yes, she has been in mental hospitals and therapy. She puts on a show for them and makes them believe that she is completely different than what she is when she is outside of the hospitals or therapy sessions.

Update: She is currently living in a car and having people feel sorry for her. Her boyfriend kicked her out of the house for being violent and damaging his property and she is trying to say that he is threatening to kill her. She threatened to bring a gun with her to his house.
