Ten years ago Jerry White was convicted of murder. The only evidence that was used to convict him was the testimony of the individual responsible for the murder. As of April of 2009 the guilty party admitted to it.
We, the undersigned, call on the State of Nevada for the release of Jerry White as he is an innocent man wrongly convicted.
We request the immediate investigation into his case and false imprisonment.
