This petition is for the provision of fenced dog parks/areas within the suburb of Kelmscott, WA.
The following petitioners ask the Armadale City Council to provide enclosed dog parks/areas, with an approximately four foot fence, to the residents of Kelmscott.
The establishment of these areas would encourage increased community spirit, an increase in visitors to the area for local businesses and animal safety and wellbeing.
The cost of the parks/areas would be outweighed by the value-added benefits to the community. Possible location/s of these areas could include Tollington Park, Creykk Park and Bryan Gell Reserve.
