My mom and dad took in a set of twins that are my moms niece and nephew. These children were in state custody. We have copies of laws and the manual from DFACS with the guidelines to this.
They were in their home for 6 months then all of sudden DFACS says they have to be moved because of some complaints on my mom and dad's record with their own 2 children. They were never cases. We want these kids back in their care and so does their birth mother.
The DFACS lied to my mom and dad and mislead them. The children have been since once since they were removed 2 weeks ago and they are losing weight and also are sick now which they never were in the whole 6b months they were with my mom and dad.
We, the undersigned, call on the DFACS, to tell the truth and do what is in the best interest of the children's emotional needs.
Children should be with family, not complete strangers.
