Cases that have NOT been proven,( ie.neglect, severe mental illness, parent unwilling to reunify) Automatic recall of parents wanting children back ,every six months to see if situation of case changed . REUNIFICATION SERVICES ALWAYSOFFERED NEGARDLESS of the number of previous cases.
