Changes in parliament

I suggest to incorporate the following changes , in Parliament, for better functioning of Democracy in india -
1) out of 800 seats in.parliament , we have very meager presence of women ( around 104 ) this is not equitable democracy, at all , we have to welcome more women in to our parliament , political parties issuing tickets more to women . Public also should realise this important aspect.
2) paying salaries and pensions is not fair , as the representatives are not employees at all. ( srilanka stopped pension.
We may pay honororium fixed by a committee , to look into the matters of representatives , nomination in to Rajyasabha, fixing honororium etc .
3) canteen subsidy may be dispensed with.
4) we all know how precious time is wasted in.parliament .
No one should deliver lectures or speeches. Let them bring the points to the notice of the house.
Any supporting points for basic cause.
5) no one should abuse any one in the parliament or any leader past or present.
Any one violates, let there be penalty.
6) the primary duty is to resolve the issues of public .
7) problem solving technics including brainstorming should be taught to speaker and members too.
8) periodical guest lectures should be arranged by eminant speakers in different fields- education, health, industry , gender , crime , etc
9) members should be trained periodically
In army training centres ( schedule should be prepared and implimented. )
10) representatives should meet people regularly , in their constituency and find out the issues faced by them .
11) partipaksh is the right word not virodhee paksh.
Virodhee paksh is to be banned
12) religion is private and personal affair . It should not be made public.
13) No Rituals should be practiced by government or private corporates. ( any thing related to any religion should not be practiced in public. )
14) atrocities against women are increasing day by day .
13.13 lac people missing - was tabled in parliament, couple of years ago.
A department for fighting atrocities against women should be constituted and it may be headed by Lady IPS officers - Damayanti Sen IAS . KiranBedi etc officers
15) modern management modern technologies should be used in courts and police stations without any delay.
This helps efficiency.
