Montrose Recreation Center is a community recreation center, yet it excludes youth from using anything upstairs including the track. We would like to change the age to 12 & up for equipment use with parent supervision and track use 10 & up with parent supervision. We would like to see youth develop a love of exercise and health at a young age.
Change the age limit to 12 & up on equipment with parent supervision and track use to 10 & up with parent supervision.
