Olympics, Rugby World Cup Final, Football Internationals etc etc. All our sporting athletes have to go through the tedious task of singing our national anthem. It is neither passionate nor inspiring.
I am patriotic, but feel God Save The Queen is outdated and if you read the words it is racist as well.
Sign this petition if you too are tired of having major, exciting, emotion stirring moments destroyed by the dreary blurting of God Save The Queen.
We, the undersigned, call all sporting organisations, authorities, associations and clubs to drop God Save The Queen as the national anthem, and replace it with something more stirring and passionte.
