Russian occupational forces stationed on Polish territory since 1945 to 1994 created effectively a military zone controlled by the soviet army without democracy.
This petition is to cancel continuity of the Republic of Poland with the Peoples Polish Republic.
We ask the Polish Parliament to cancel continuity of the Polish State, the Republic of Poland, with the communist state Peoples Polish Republic and reinstate continuity with the free Polish State of 1939.
New agreements with the neighboring countries and Russia and without the intervention of Russia with third countries should also be signed concerning the border and property issued lost or confiscated as the result of military action of Germany and the Soviet Union against the free Polish Republic of Sept 1 1939.
