National Express reported pre-tax profits up 44% to £149 million on February 28th 2008. It saw passenger growth of 6% in 2007, despite high-profile problems on the railway network and above-inflation increases in ticket prices.
We, the undersigned, call on National Express to scrap any proposed hike to the cost of rail travel in the east of England. Your service, communication with passengers and overall attitude to customers is abysmal.
