We are in the process off putting in place and pitching our "Dope Rare Burger control system"
To our local authorities. We need your help in getting this the support that is needed to show our council there is growing demand for what we do and it can be done safely
Although Rare steak is usually different as cooking destroys contamination on the outside but burgers could be contaminated all the way through. We will use an extra measure as we will treat our meat before mincing on a specially heat treated mincer to ensure all bacteria on the surface of our meat is destroyed before mincing. We are putting in place robust systems to protect our customers, including sourcing meat from only FSA approved meat factory that are approved to sell meat that can be served less than fully cooked.
