The HBC Run for Canada has become a yearly tradition that allows us to celebrate being proud Canadians while raising millions of dollars to support our Olympic Athletes.
The run gives ordinary Canadians, most of whom will never even get close to an Olympic games, the opportunity to run with Olympic Athletes and in a way experience the Olympic Spirit.
We the undersigned hereby voice our displeasure that the Hudson’s Bay Company has decided to cancel the hugely popular HBC Run for Canada.
It is our belief that there’s no better way to support our athletes, than participating in the HBC Run for Canada on Canada Day.
So we request that you bring back this popular event next year and for many years to come.
