Every year, Inscape Education Group adds huge amounts of waste into the environment by contributing to the amount of styrofoam in the environment. The styrofoam cups at Inscape are building up waste and using more resources than necessary.
Although recycled, the build up cannot be sustained in the long run and an affirmative point of action to reduce should be taken.
By reducing this waste at Inscape we can be a part of shaping a better environment for our future.
We the Inscape Education Group students and staff, call on The Inscape Education Group Heads to eliminate the use of styrofoam cups at the Inscape Education Group Campus.
As an alternative for students to make beverages, by signing this petition students agree to have a personalised cup with either their name and/or face on the cup. This is because the staff are afraid the cleaners will have a build up of un-named cups to deal with, if a cup is branded, the blame can be directed.
Ban the use of styrofoam cups.
