The Bar Associations are populated by judges, politicians and attorneys. By their very nature, this union creates improper relationships between officers of the court and judges.
It also taints the function of those serving in legislature, who for decades have failed to pass effective legal reforms, because of their conflict of interest which exists as members of these bar associations.
Every State has a licensing "bar" which should be limited to credentialing. Furthermore, they are self-regulating, having "rules of conduct" which are underenforced, allowing significant damage to the public.
We, the undersigned, call on the Pennsylvania Legislature to ban the unionization of attorneys, judges and politicians in such organizations currently known as "bar associations."
This has resulted in the loss of impartiality of the tribunal as guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States. It is further called upon the legislature to remove the "self-regulation" of attorneys through these bar associations, which have formulated "rules of conduct" and declared them inactionable at law.
Independent oversight needs to be implemented at the County level where racketeering is rampant, and attorneys need to be reviewed by a Community Council, untainted by the improper relationships which have developed through the bar associations.
