While Jason U was an employee at PMG Refiners, he had two Facebook pages, namely https://www.facebook.com/pmgrefiners and https://www.facebook.com/PMGRefiner. When he left the company, he SHUT DOWN and DELETED both of these pages in August 2012.

All his intellectual posts, contact information and personal donation information are on these pages from 10 September 2011 to 5 August 2012.

These pages have been reopened on 12 November 2012 BY SOMEONE ELSE.

Since all Jason’s content are still on both PMG Refiners pages, it is his intellectual property which are now being misappropriated. As a result of this violation, he is suffering personal injury.

Both pages and content on the pages have been reported numerously to Facebook since 12 November 2012, yet no action steps have been taken.

Facebook NEED TO RENDER MORE SUPPORT TO ITS USERS, and HAVE TO TAKE ACTION to PERMANENTLY REMOVE the content from 10 September 2011 to 5 August 2012 from both PMG Refiners pages.

We, the undersigned, call on Facebook to remove all content developed along with personal information (which includes name and telephone number and Paypal donations information) of Jason U.

This information was posted by Jason on both PMG Refiners pages from the 10th of September 2011 to the 5th of August 2012.
