Whereas politicians have REPEATEDLY attacked the Constitution of the United States, and its Bill of rights included there in.
Whereas Presidents, current and former, have declared Acts of War, either by deception, coercion, or circumventing the approval of Congress and the People.
Whereas the afore mentioned politicians, and representatives of the people, have endorsed and approved actions that we the people are against and openly protested.
Whereas the afore mentioned politicians, and representatives have enacted policies that are heinous and tyrannical in nature.
Whereas the afore mentioned politicians, and representatives have refused to abolish The Federal Reserve, which is both illegal, and unconstitutional.
Whereas the afore mentioned politicians, and representatives have signed trade agreements with other countries, in secret, that are not in the interest of the United States and its people.
We, the undersigned, call upon the respective overseers of the Executive,and Legislative Branches of the United States to remove from office and arrest certain politicians for crimes of Treason under Article 3:Section 2;Subsections 1 and 2
President Barack Hussein Obama, and his predecessor, George Walker Bush, Senator John Kerry, Senator Lindsey Graham, Former V.P. Dick Cheney, V.P. Joe Biden, and Secretary of Defense Robert Gates; Have:
Endorsed, passed, lied, called for, coerced for and ratified legislation that nullifies, limits, and or ignores the freedoms granted to the people by the Bill of Rights, and as such, declared and committed Acts of War on the people of America.
These include:
Knowingly, and willfully using the CIA cell called Al Quaeda to attack the United States on 11 September 2001.
Using Al Quaeda as an imminent and imposing threat to coerce the people into abdicate their liberties.
Authoring and endorsing the Patriot Acts 1 and 2.
Coercing The Congress into ratifying Patriot Act 1, and the NAFTA trade Agreement.
Signing, in secret, agreements that would form a Union with Canada, and Mexico that eliminates all three countries' sovereignty, and negates all three individual Constitutions in favor of unelected panels representing said union's interests.
Openly, and publicly calling for the further restrictions and removal of our constitutional rights, as guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.
Overlooking, and emphatically refusing to audit, and abolish the Federal Reserve
Refusing to strip the Federal Reserve of the Unconstitutional power (as decreed by the Supreme Court) to print U.S. currency.
Openly using the Military to create roadblocks, search, and detain American citizens
Openly, and publicly taking the U.S. Military overseas to fight, invade, and affect matters of Foreign Affair without the consent or approval of Congress as decreed by Section 8: Paragraph 11.
Each of these allegations are grounds for removal from office, and acts of treason as defined by The U.S. Constitution Section 3, Paragraphs 1 and 2.There are many more, still, that are publicly available for research.
We invoke our Right to Petition the Government For a Redress of Grievances, as guaranteed by the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.
