Animals shouldn't spend their lives in captivity simply to fulfil our desire to see them!

Zoos are too small for some animals. Larger animals need more space to roam around. For example, let's take polar bears, they have 1 million times less space in the zoo than when in their natural habitat, or, for instance - tigers and lions who have about 18000 times less space in the zoos, than they would in the wild, even though it might seem nonsense to some, but the animals are often tortured in the zoos! If an animal misbehaves, there are several instances where they are being tortured, starved or even beaten wildly! When animals are caged, they lose their basic instinct to hunt for food and roam around, this is very traumatising and leaving them in agony, most of animals, that are kept in zoos are not even endangared species! Additionally, most of the animals that are born in confinements have less chance of survival, so they face a threat if they are kept in the horrible place like zoos are!There really aren't any proper laws to be followed, when it comes to providing these animals protection, and as far as there isn't any, zoos should be banned!
How would you like it if you were taken from your natural habitat and thrown into a cage with cold floor? If you think zoos should be banned, then hear me out!

After reading the reasons, you may think, that there are laws that would protect the innocents, but sadly, there aren't many of those. This is also one of the biggest reasons the zoos should be banned, just like we managed to save a lot of commercially exploited animals in the circus recently. There really aren't any proper laws to be followed, when it comes to providing these animals protection, and as far as there isn't any, zoos should be banned!
To sum up, animals really do deserve to live in freedom without any restrictions. Their life is much more important, than the short selfishness of human pleasure watching them existing in this world. WE REALLY SHOULD STOP THEIR SUFFERING BY SIGNING AND SHARING THIS PETITION!
