We the owners here at Fairway Oaks humbly ask the board to amend the pet rules to state the following:
Owners are allowed up to 2 small pets. 1 cat and 1 dog or 2 small dogs under 10 pounds. If cats then all cats must be fixed before coming to live in this community.
We feel that as long as they are properly walked and picked up after, then 2 small pets should not present a problem.
We the owners at Fairway Oaks do persent this petition to the Board for consideration in allowing 2 small pets for owners.
