Hats have been banned at many schools as "distracting" when in reality, most hair styles are more distracting.
Hats show something of our personalities, and as citizens of this country we should be allowed to at the very least wear baseball caps.
We, the undersigned, call on the Brockport staff to allow hats to be worn during school hours.
