Kingston is a wonderful place but is marred by too much litter.
I'd like the council to take more proactive action to tackle litter.
We urge Kingston Council to take action to tackle litter by:
1. Improved signage warning of the penalties for those who drop litter.
2. More bins.
3. The creation of self-funding litter wardens empowered to issue fines for those dropping litter.
